Dr. Carole Amidon and Dr. Benjamin Shippen, Principals in the Tallahassee office of ERS Group, will be speaking on "Self-Assessment Strategies for the Recruitment of Veterans, and Disabled and Speciality Skilled Workers" at the inaugural Southeast ILG (Industry Liaison Group) Conference, in Charlotte NC. They will discuss the increased importance of self-assessment of recruiting by government contractors in light of the new emphasis on outreach to veterans and disabled groups, and heightened scrutiny of the recruitment process.
