ERS Group Managing Director Mary D. Baker, Ph.D. is a featured speaker on "Expert Testimony in Title VII Class Actions After Dukes" at the Fifth Annual ABA Labor and Employment Law Conference to be held November 2 - 5, 2011 in Seattle, Washington. In addition to Dr. Baker, the panel will feature moderator James M. Finberg (Altshuler Berzon, LLP), Michael J. Gray (Jones Day), Jocelyn Larkin (Impact Fund), and Dr. Anthony Greenwald (University of Washington).
