| Dr. Sharon Kelly, ERS Group Director and labor economist, and Matthew Kennedy, Director of ERS Group’s Litigation Management Group, coauthored the article “Experts and Logistics: The Keys to Successfully Managing Your Case,” which appeared in the October issue of Chicago Lawyer magazine. The article addresses some fundamental considerations regarding the use of expert consulting services and litigation support services at key phases of the litigation cycle. During the discovery phase, for example, experts can provide guidance on the documents and data they will need, and what information to request from opposing counsel. Developing a good document retrieval and management system in discovery will speed up preparations for depositions and streamline the research used for trial and briefs. Download the full article.
