CFPB Proposes Proxy ID for Consumer Race & Ethnicity

Key Changes to OFCCP Compliance Evaluation Procedures

On October 1, 2014, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the OFCCP’s new Scheduling Letter, Itemized Listing, and Compliance Check Letter.
