ERS Group Director and economist, Dr. Mary D. Baker, has been invited by the law firm David Wright Tremaine to present at two client seminars. Entitled "Statistical and Economic Analyses of Labor and Employment Issues," the seminars will focus on critical issues such as: how to perform an appropriate diversity analysis; how employers can properly monitor employee selection processes to identify potential problems that could result in liability; what appropriate statistical analyses to use at the class certification stage; and what are common differences in the statistical approaches taken by plaintiffs and employers. The programs will be offered in Seattle, WA and Bellevue, WA on February 15 and February 16, 2011, respectively. Dr. Baker is located in the ERS Group Tallahassee office and is a frequent speaker on issues related to the economic and statistical analysis of employment decisions before such groups as the American Bar Association, the American Association for Affirmative Action, and at ERS Group seminars |
