This institution has had two OFCCP compliance reviews during this period, and no violations were found. ERS Group also prepares affirmative action plans for a major southern university with approximately 5,000 faculty and staff for the past six years, including preparation of the required narratives and adverse impact analysis.
Hiring Analysis for Manufacturer
A major manufacturer that was undergoing OFCCP audits at three of its facilities. The Agency alleged that the contractor under-hired female applicants for entry level production positions. The OFCCP had attempted to analyze the hiring decisions using the available applicant data. The Agency claimed that its analyses showed that the contractor statistically significantly under-hired women for these jobs. For two of these facilities, ERS Group was able to demonstrate that proper use of the applicant data and the use of an appropriate statistical technique showed that women were hired for these jobs in numbers consistent with their availability.
Compensation Analyses for Energy Corporation
ERS Group has assisted a major energy corporation in assessing the validity of the agency’s compensation audit of their compensation data. By conducting a statistical analysis that closely reflected the client’s compensation structure, ERS Group contributed to a substantial reduction in the total value of the salary adjustments requested by the OFCCP.

ERS Group assisted a major insurance provider respond to an OFCCP Audit. ERS Group analyzed base compensation and bonuses for all employees, including executives and claims adjusters.
