Affirmative Action Support

ERS Group is prepared to provide professional support to all federal contractors that require the Affirmative Action support services that are listed below:

  • Provide outsource services to federal contractors and prepare Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) to meet OFCCP audit requirements.
  • Provide support in converting Census Occupational Codes from the
    1990 to the new 2000 Census Occupational Codes.
  • Assist clients in conducting impact ratio analyses to determine adverse impact in hiring, promotion, and termination.
  • Perform compensation analyses using appropriate methods.
  • Audit federal contractors' AAPs, and evaluate their current pay equity and adverse impact analyses.
  • Provide seminars and training for individuals and organizations on how to develop an OFCCP compliant AAP.
  • Assist clients in monitoring the status of their affirmative action "goal" on a quarterly or semi-annual schedule.
  • Provide consultation on how to prepare for an OFCCP Compliance Review or Glass Ceiling Audit (Corporate Management Review).
  • Assist organizations in selecting AAP software appropriate for their size and level of complexity.
  • Prepare Parts B and C of the Equal Opportunity Survey (EO Survey).
Experience
