ERS Group was retained to develop analytic databases and provide economic analyses of hiring and promotions in response to claims filed in District Court by a class of over 10,000 civilian Federal employees and job applicants. ERS Group analysts provided damage assessments and hearing support to the agency during alternative dispute resolution and formal settlement proceedings.
ERS Group was retained to support a Federal agency in defending class action claims of non-payment of night, weekend and holiday differential pay. The grievants' claims were dismissed in full.
