ERS Group's Affirmative Action Support experts have been preparing Affirmative Action Plans and supporting Title VII litigation for over 30 years. We produce over 600 separate Affirmative Action Plans annually and provide AAP services to contractors that have 50 employees and those who have over 30,000 employees. Our staff works with each client to assure that the AAP has the most accurate reflection of their employment policies and practices. Our goal is to create an AAP that is a management tool, not just placed on bookshelves waiting for an OFCCP audit.
We remain current with the changing demands of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs across the United States, and work continuously with organizations engaging in Compensation Audits, Compliance Reviews, and Corporate Management Reviews (Glass Ceiling).
