| Dr. Agarwal, CEO of Risk Management Solutions, Inc., has more than 20 years experience in software design and development. He oversees software and systems architecture, client projects, and development teams, as well as research of emerging technologies at RMS. Dr. Agarwal’s consulting engagements center on lending and credit, with an emphasis on data management, geocoding, mapping, and data validity and integrity applications in indirect automotive lending, home equity lending, mortgage lending, and small business lending. He is the creator of RiskExec™, a very user-friendly compliance suite of module, ExRpt™ a web-based Executive Reporting system, and IssueBase™, which is used to keep communication with vendors, users, developers and managers on all software issues.
As Assistant Director of the Systems Development Institute and Researcher at University of Tennessee, Dr. Agarwal designed and developed numerous systems and programs for the U.S. Armed Forces, including working on the mission-scheduling program used by the Air Force during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Dr. Agarwal also worked for Lockheed Martin at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has published in INFORMS and in the International Journal of Science & Technology.
