| Stephen D. Swartz joined ERS Group in 1979 and is the Chief Information Officer, coordinating staff to assure the best use of ERS Group's substantial information technology resources to meet the requirements of our corporate and governmental clients. Mr. Swartz has engineering and law degrees from Penn State University and Florida State University respectively. He is a member of the Florida and American Bar Associations. |
