| Dr. Frizell joined ERS Group as a Research Economist in the Washington, D.C. office in August of 2003. Prior to joining ERS Group, she was an economist with the Economic Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). At the USDA, she was responsible for planning and conducting research and analyses for publication, as well as creating and managing databases for agency-wide use. Dr. Frizell has written extensively concerning commercial bank participation in the Federal Home Loan Bank System. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she was also a graduate instructor. |
